About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Specialist to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our quality management department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards across the Windmill Site.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the creation, revision, and maintenance of all quality management documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), reviewing and maintaining documentation, and evaluating and improving departmental processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement SOPs to ensure consistent performance across all departments and teams
• Embed best practices into standard work and share across networks
• Review and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, including version control and updates
• Evaluate and improve departmental processes and documentation, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant standards

Requirements
• GCSE English and Maths
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process writing or similar role
• Understanding of Lean and process creation
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficiency in documentation software and version control systems
• BRCGS Awareness & ISO 9001 Awareness would be a plus
