About the Position

We are seeking a Quality Care Manager to join our team and lead the improvement of clinical governance and quality of care across our nursing homes in Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, and Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RGN to drive excellence in care delivery and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

In this role, you will oversee the review and support of the performance of every home in your region, ensuring that they meet the highest clinical standards. You will analyze data from our KPIs and develop practical strategies to improve compliance and care delivery.

You will work closely with the Regional Director, improvement specialists, and senior clinical staff to plan and implement key actions to address any issues and maintain high standards. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional care will be essential in this role.

To succeed, you will need a current NMC registration, RN (General), and evidence of continued professional development. As an experienced nurse, you have worked in a care home environment and as a clinical mentor, supporting newly-qualified nurses. A strong understanding of current regulatory requirements is also crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
