About the Position

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, managing cases, and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure effective care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained
  • Manage cases effectively, working closely with colleagues to provide seamless care
  • Administer and record medication accurately
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and take necessary actions
  • Support residents with daily needs, working collaboratively with care assistants
What We Look For
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Strong leadership and supervision skills, with the ability to motivate and support staff
  • Proven ability to manage cases and work effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Experience in administering medication or willingness to learn
Salary and Benefits
  • $39,000 - $46,000 per annum, depending on experience
