Job Summary: Residential Construction Estimator

Location: Banbury

Sector: Residential Groundworks

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Estimator to join our team in Banbury. As a key member of our residential groundworks team, you will be responsible for estimating costs for multiple residential groundworks projects.

About the Role:

  • Estimate costs for multiple residential groundworks projects.
  • Prepare and submit detailed estimates, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent in the groundworks or civil engineering sector.
  • Knowledge of residential groundworks is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including cost management tools.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
