Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead multiple projects in our Banbury site, responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling projects from preliminary construction to commissioning.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join our Engineering department and work closely with cross-functional teams, including plant personnel, equipment suppliers, and building design & construction teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, experience in project management, and AutoCAD skills. They will be responsible for drafting scope of work, preliminary budgets, project schedules, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and sketches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage projects of different scales by leading cross-functional teams.
  • Drafting scope of work, preliminary budgets, project schedules, detailed cost estimates, equipment specifications, drawings, and sketches.
  • Managing projects keenly to deliver on time, within budget, and of great quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Management, engineering, and project management experience.
  • AutoCAD experience.
  • Experience in delivering CI activities.
  • Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English at a Technical level.
  • Proficient written, numerical, and verbal skills.
What We Offer:

Salary: £55,000-£72,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

Location: Newly Weds Foods Banbury, with frequent travel to UK sites and international locations.
