Site Engineering Role

Kenton Black Ltd is recruiting for a skilled Site Engineer to work on residential groundworks projects in the East Midlands area.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £70,000 annually, plus car allowance and company car benefits.

Duties
  1. Undertaking setting out tasks to ensure precise measurements.
  2. Carrying out photo-based dilapidation surveys and topography surveys to assess site conditions.
  3. Offering technical support to the site team to maintain high standards.
  4. Verifying CAD information to prevent errors.
  5. Maintaining records, including S104 and S38 survey reports, and submitting street works applications.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer in Residential Groundworks.
  • Able to travel within and around the East Midlands.
