About the Role

  • Our respected regional law firm in Banbury, Oxfordshire is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Development Solicitor to join their team.

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential development matters, including:

  • Acquisition and disposal of land for residential development
  • Planning and infrastructure agreements
  • Joint venture agreements
  • Plot sales and development funding
  • Strategic land and option agreements

This role is well-suited for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential development work, a strong technical skillset, and a proactive approach to managing complex transactions. The Residential Development Solicitor will build strong client relationships while working in a supportive team environment focused on professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing all aspects of residential development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and funding
  • Advising clients on planning, infrastructure, and development matters
  • Handling a varied caseload with autonomy and precision
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
