A well-established law firm in Banbury is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Development Solicitor to join their team. Known for delivering high-quality legal services, this firm supports clients with a client-centered, collaborative approach and has a strong reputation in the region.
About the Role:
The Residential Development Solicitor will handle a broad range of residential development matters, including:
- Acquisition and disposal of land for residential development
- Planning and infrastructure agreements
- Joint venture agreements
- Plot sales and development funding
- Strategic land and option agreements
This role is well-suited for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential development work, a strong technical skillset, and a proactive approach to managing complex transactions. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships while working in a supportive team environment focused on professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of residential development transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and funding
- Advising clients on planning, infrastructure, and development matters
- Handling a varied caseload with autonomy and precision
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication
About the Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years' PQE in residential development law
- Strong technical knowledge in property and planning law, with proven experience in transactions
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
