About the Job

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the leadership team to develop services and improve care standards.

Job Summary
  • Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained
  • Manage cases effectively, working closely with colleagues to provide seamless care
  • Administer and record medication accurately
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks and take necessary actions
  • Support residents with daily needs, working collaboratively with care assistants
