Corporate Restructuring Specialist

At First 2 Recruit, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in managing insolvency cases from inception to closure. As a Corporate Restructuring Specialist, you will receive full training and support to develop the necessary knowledge and skills within the role.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day administration of insolvency cases, including bankruptcies, liquidations, administrations, MVLs and CVLs. You will prepare and process relevant documentation and reports, communicate with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders as required, manage deadlines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate case records and files, conduct investigations into company affairs, review financial records, and analyze creditor claims. Additionally, you will assist with the sale of assets and the distribution of funds to creditors.
