**Finance Manager Job Opportunity**

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. This role involves leading the finance team, preparing financial reports, and implementing process improvements using the new Sage Intacct system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership - Lead the finance team and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Monthly Reporting - Prepare and present monthly management accounts and reports to senior management.
  • Stock Management - Monitor and review stock management processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Audit Liaison - Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion of audits.
  • Balance Sheet Review - Conduct regular reviews of balance sheet accounts to maintain financial health.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications - Qualified, part-qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in finance or accounting.
  • Industry Experience - Proven experience in a diverse business environment, ideally within a vehicle fit-out and resale business.
  • Sage Systems Knowledge - Prior experience with Sage Intacct or other Sage systems is highly advantageous.
