Your primary focus will be on recruiting top talent across various functions and levels, from manufacturing to sales, and early careers to senior management. You will partner with stakeholders to manage the internal and external talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless communication and a great candidate experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to optimize the talent acquisition process
  • Capturing and presenting recruitment analytics to drive acquisition strategy
  • Manging the intern and apprenticeship programme to ensure JDE is an employer of choice
