About the Role

At Joma Jewellery Ltd, we're seeking an exceptional Merchandise Strategist to join our talented team of professionals. As a key member of our merchandising department, you'll be responsible for planning and forecasting sales and stock levels to achieve seasonal sales plans.

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with various teams to build product ranges and optimise stock levels for maximum profit. You'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, but enjoy the flexibility to work from home two days a week, with the option to adjust your schedule as business needs dictate.
