Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Talent Development Lead to join our team at Marks and Spencer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales growth, talent development, and operational excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a selling culture within their team, consistently raising performance and capability to support developing internal talent, and utilising data for operational decisions. Additional responsibilities include implementing a continuous improvement mentality and working in partnership with the wider team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive a selling culture within the team, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and capability, ensuring effective talent management practices are in place
  • Utilise data analytics to inform operational decisions, drive business growth, and optimise processes
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation across the team

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
