We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join our team in the UK and Ireland Business Units. This role will be responsible for supporting the talent and development programmes and processes in JDE. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, including HCM maintenance in the SuccessFactors Employee Central database, managing the UK HR inbox, and associate administration.
The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of HR policies and procedures, including maternity policy and sickness absence policy. Additionally, they should have good IT skills, including experience with HR systems, such as SAP/SuccessFactors and ADP iHCM2 Payroll.
We are offering a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about talent development and growth, please submit your application.
