Talent Development Specialist

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Security management team to identify recruitment needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to ensure the hiring of top talent.
- Provide HR expertise to support the development of business plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, management, and external partners.
- Analyze data and trends to inform HR decisions and optimize business outcomes.
- Coach and develop members of the HR team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements:
- Relevant CIPD qualifications and experience in HR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
