Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practice Nurse to join our team at Cropredy Surgery. As a Senior Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality primary care services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients
• Administer medications, vaccines, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Provide wound care, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound closure
• Conduct health education and promotion activities to support patient self-management
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients
