Job Summary
Cropredy Surgery is seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including vaccinations, wound management, and chronic disease management.
- Work closely with our General Practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and protocols.
- Mentor and support junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in primary care nursing.
