Nurse Role at Larkrise Care Centre

We are seeking a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our care team at Larkrise Care Centre.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, working autonomously and as part of a team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and monitor care plans in partnership with residents, families, and the care team
  • Lead and manage the care team to ensure high standards of nursing and personal care
  • Liaise with GPs, hospitals, and external agencies to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain skills and knowledge through continuing professional development

Requirements

  • Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Current NMC registration
  • Post-registration experience and continuing professional development
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
