The Role: Healthcare Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our busy ward team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, and flexibility with work patterns.
Responsibilities
- To provide support to Registered Nurses and consultants in delivering safe and caring patient environments
- To work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth operation of the ward
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (with a commitment to training)
- A warm, empathetic, and considerate character
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and positively within a dynamic environment
