About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Outpatient team at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury.

Job Description

As a Staff Nurse on our Outpatient team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services. Your main duties will include:

  • Conducting pre-assessment and outpatient consultations with patients
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

You will work closely with our experienced clinical teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that meets the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Previous experience working in a Pre-assessment and Outpatient setting
  • A proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
