We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team based in Park Gardens, Banbury. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in enabling customers to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

This is a part-time opportunity that offers a range of shifts, including 7am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and alternate weekends. We value work-life balance and flexibility, so we encourage applicants who can adapt to our changing needs.

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you'll be responsible for assisting residents with personal care activities or light domestic tasks. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in physical and mental stimulation through recreational and social activities with residents, both individually and as a group.
