Job Title: Senior Care Assistant
About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Care UK, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will also be responsible for case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and supervising your shift
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
- Administering and recording medication
- Carrying out risk assessments
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
- Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
