Acute Care Team Lead

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is a leading healthcare provider, and we are seeking a talented Acute Care Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and promoting a patient and family-centered style of clinical practice. They will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge, accurately documenting and reporting to other members of the nursing team and multi-disciplinary team.
This role requires a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with minimum of several years acute care experience and evidence of achievement on a Nursing and Midwifery, (NMC) approved Mentorship qualification. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Main Duties- Demonstrate and promote a patient and family-centered style of clinical practice.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from admission to discharge.
- Accurately document and report to other members of the nursing team and multi-disciplinary team.
- Registered Nurse (Part 1).
