**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Racing Team Lead to join our team at Haas F1 Team. As a key member of our Heritage Car Operations group, you will be responsible for the management of all historic car programs, including Testing Previous Car (TPC), Testing Mule Car (TMC) and running show car.

**Responsibilities:

  • Manage the running of all historic car programs
  • Responsible for fulfilling the role of Test Engineer running the car on track managing the setup, run plan and operation of the car
  • Attend all Heritage Car associated events
  • Share the trackside aspects of the role with junior engineers and provide coaching and guidance to help their development

**Requirements:

  • Engineering degree, minimum 2:1
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Formula 1 trackside as a Race Engineer
  • Experience in other Formulas would be beneficial

**Salary:** £80,000 - £110,000 per annum. This is a competitive salary based on industry standards and reflects the level of expertise required for this role.
