Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Simulation Developer to join our team at Haas F1 Team. As a key member of our Mathematical Modelling Team, you will be responsible for developing advanced mathematical models and algorithms for car performance optimization.

You will work closely with Vehicle Performance and Dynamics Engineers to develop modelling and analysis tools and techniques, conducting research to assess alternative approaches to physics modelling and analysis. Your strong background in applied mathematics, physics or engineering, with experience in automotive/aeronautical/racing applications, will enable you to make a significant contribution to our team.

Proficiency in compiled and object-oriented programming languages, such as C# or C/C++, is essential. In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including comprehensive health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
