Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Racing Car Program Manager to join our team at MoneyGram Haas F1 Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our historic car programs, from testing to event preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement testing plans, working closely with the Head of Performance Engineering and power unit supplier.
  • Coordinate event mileages and part usage, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain written procedures for historic car operation and compile training material for junior engineers.
  • Collaborate with the Heritage operations group to ensure smooth event execution.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree (minimum 2:1)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Formula 1 trackside as a Race Engineer
  • Experience in other formulas beneficial
Benefits
