Job Description
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Acute and Emergency Medicine. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Acute and/or Emergency Medicine, with a strong understanding of frailty management and rehabilitation principles.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- Experience working in Acute and/or Emergency Medicine
- Strong understanding of frailty management and rehabilitation principles
