Swalcliffe Park School is a dynamic and innovative organisation specialising in day and residential education and care for autistic young people. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to support the educational and therapeutic needs of our students with autism. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development, with opportunities for supported CPD and training in sensory integration and autism-specific interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and implementing therapy plans to meet the changing needs of our students
  • Developing and delivering individualised therapy programmes to support students' independence and functional life skills
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and therapy delivery
Requirements:
  • Honours Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Experience working with autistic children/young people
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £29,970 - £36,483 per annum (NHS Band 5) + benefits.
