As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and emotionally, helping them achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and patient, with a passion for helping others. Previous experience working with children is beneficial, although not necessary. A degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Criminology, or Health & Social Care is also valuable. However, what's most important is a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to help others.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued. You will also have opportunities for progression as an SEN Teacher, Speech and Language Therapist, Autism Practitioner, or Educational Psychologist.

About the Role:

  • Support children and teenagers with moderate learning difficulties, autism, and communication challenges
  • Encourage positive social interactions and build effective relationships with peers
  • Enhance communication skills and provide pastoral care
  • Work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive classroom environment

Salary: Competitive salary: £80-£90 per day
