At Teaching Personnel Ltd, we are seeking a Dedicated Education Professional to join our team as an SEN Tutor. In this role, you will work one-to-one with young children who require additional support, creating engaging and tailored sessions based on their individual needs.
Your responsibilities will include delivering tuition sessions, tracking progress, and planning next steps to ensure student success. You will also be responsible for developing effective strategies to manage challenging behaviour and inspire children to achieve their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working with young people or children
- Ability to develop effective strategies and manage challenging behaviour
- SEN experience (desirable)
