Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dedicated Specialist Cleaner to join our team at JLR Gaydon. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning activities, including machine cleaning, deep cleans, high-level work using a reach & wash system, Jet washing, and ad hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the site
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support routines and workloads
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific requirements or concerns
- Manage equipment, materials, and stock levels, reporting stock requests to management
- Carry out specialist cleaning duties and outside maintenance work as required
- Maintain a professional image at all times
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A full, clean UK driving license
- Proven experience in specialist/periodic cleaning
- An aptitude for working at height
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, responsibility, and a flexible approach
- Strong people skills, good communication, and active listening
- Attention to detail and high standards of work
- Good relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- A good understanding of Health and Safety regulations
- A willingness to work as a team and follow directions from management and clients
