Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel Ltd. As an SEN Tutor, you will work one-to-one with young children who require additional support, creating engaging and tailored sessions based on their individual needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking progress, planning next steps, and inspiring children to achieve their full potential. Your ability to develop effective strategies and manage challenging behaviour will be crucial in making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one tuition to young children with SEN needs
- Create engaging sessions based on individual needs and goals
- Track progress and plan next steps to ensure student success
- Inspire children to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people or children
- Ability to develop effective strategies and manage challenging behaviour
- SEN experience (desirable)
