In this pivotal role as an SEN/SEND tutor with Targeted Provision Ltd, you will join a dynamic team of education specialists committed to unlocking the potential of young people with complex needs. As an expert in your field, you will design and deliver tailored tuition programs that cater to the unique learning styles and abilities of our students.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing personalized learning plans to address the specific needs of our students
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services
- Engaging with parents and carers to foster open communication and build trust
Requirements
To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need:
- Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTS / QTLS)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- Proven expertise in supporting students with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and best practices
- Enhanced DBS and two professional references
