Job Description
">The role of SEN Tutor involves providing individualized educational support to students with special needs. Responsibilities include creating tailored learning plans, adapting teaching methods, and collaborating with school staff and parents. As an SEN Tutor, you will work closely with the school's inclusion team to develop strategies that cater to the unique needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create individualized learning plans that address the specific needs of students with special educational needs.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of students with SEN, ensuring that they have equal access to educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure that students receive comprehensive support, including regular progress updates and goal-setting discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful as an SEN Tutor, you will need to possess relevant qualifications and training in SEN education, as well as at least 2 years of experience working with students with special needs.
