Educational Support Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Banbury, contributing to delivering exceptional learning experiences for our students.

Main Responsibilities
  • Teaching Assistant: Support teachers in providing targeted support to students, facilitating access to the curriculum.
  • Interventionist: Design and deliver small group interventions or 1:1 support sessions to address the needs of pupils requiring additional assistance.
  • Learning Environment Manager: Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, supporting classroom management and behaviour.
  • Resource Coordinator: Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and marking to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Pupil Progress Analyst: Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and identifying areas for further support.
  • Diverse Needs Advocate: Tailor support to meet the individual needs of children with varying abilities, including SEN.
  • Safety Champion: Adhere to safeguarding policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all pupils.
