About the Role:This Higher Level Teaching Assistant position is a key role in supporting the teaching and learning process in our primary school.
Key Responsibilities:- Support classroom teaching by providing targeted support to students across various year groups.
- Lead small group interventions or 1:1 support sessions to help pupils who need additional assistance.
- Work closely with the class teacher to maintain a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
A salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in our school community.
Requirements:- Previous Experience in a Primary School Setting as a teaching assistant, HLTA, or in a similar educational support capacity.
- Strong Understanding of the Primary Curriculum and how to differentiate learning for a range of abilities.
