About the Role
The position of MRI Team Lead is a critical role within the radiography department at Ramsay Health Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of radiographers in a dynamic and challenging environment. With a strong background in MRI radiography, you will be expected to lead on clinical aspects, training, and competencies. Additionally, you will conduct MRI safety investigations and ensure the team is aware of best practices.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work in an organisation that invests in its facilities and staff. As a leader, you will be responsible for completing audits, financial review, budget setting, and staff resourcing. Your flexible and enthusiastic approach, alongside your priority management skills, will be vital to your success.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI radiography. They should also have a flexible and dynamic approach to work and experience of responsibility for MRI safety in line with local rules.

We offer a competitive salary: £65,000 per annum, as well as benefits including 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays, private pension scheme with employer matching, free parking on site, employee assistance program, and cycle-to-work scheme available.
