The MRI department at Cherwell Hospital in Banbury is seeking an experienced MRI radiographer as its Clinical Imaging Specialist. In this role, you will lead clinical aspects, training, and quality assurance initiatives while ensuring the MRI team remains current with best practices.

Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of radiographers in a dynamic MRI department environment
- Oversee clinical aspects, training, and competencies
- Conduct MRI safety investigations and ensure the team adheres to best practices
- Participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs
- Provide input to policy and procedural changes
- Degree in Radiography or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in MRI radiography
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Experience with MRI safety responsibilities in line with local regulations
- Salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per year
