Lead MRI Radiographer Specialist

The Lead MRI Radiographer Specialist will be responsible for leading a team of radiographers in a dynamic and challenging environment. This involves leading on clinical aspects, training, and competencies, as well as conducting MRI safety investigations and ensuring the team is aware of best practices.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in MRI radiography. They should also have a flexible and dynamic approach to work and experience of responsibility for MRI safety in line with local rules.
We are looking for someone who can provide input to policy and procedural changes, participate in departmental audits and quality assurance programs, and manage a team of radiographers in a busy MRI department. You will also be responsible for completing audits, financial review, budget setting, and staff resourcing.
