About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care in Banbury. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our clients in their own homes.
Your Responsibilities
- Administer medication and provide personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as housekeeping and meal preparation, to maintain clients' independence and well-being.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their mental health and social interaction.
- Work collaboratively with our care management team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring clients' needs are met and their goals are achieved.

Requirements
