Nurse Care Specialist

Willing Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in nursing home or elderly care settings, with a focus on promoting physical and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in a compassionate and respectful manner
- Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to create individualized care plans
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

- Up-to-date knowledge of nursing best practices and regulations
