Nurse Leadership Position

Salary: £48,500

Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Willing Care is seeking a compassionate and dynamic Deputy Nurse Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to elderly residents at our nursing home. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership abilities, a solid nursing background, and a deep commitment to providing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in leading and managing the daily operations of the nursing home
  • Oversee and coordinate care plans for residents, ensuring individual needs are met
  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
  • Valid RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification and a valid UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in elderly care and a nursing home setting
  • Leadership or management experience is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of care regulations and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
