Mental Health Support Specialist

Academics Ltd is a Specialist School based just outside of Banbury, seeking a recent Psychology or Criminology graduate to join their support team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
This role is perfect for a graduate hoping to become a trained Psychologist in the future, with experience working with children who need psychological support. You will work alongside experienced staff members to educate pupils, manage challenging behaviors, and help identify potential triggers for trauma and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be proactive, friendly, and passionate about mental health. Previous experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs would be beneficial.
