Mental Health Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate individual to support patients in a residential service, providing a high-quality recovery experience.

This role involves assisting in the organisation and facilitation of therapeutic community activities, coordinating tasks and ensuring risk is minimised.

The successful candidate will work within a team responsible for implementing and evaluating the therapeutic programme, ensuring excellent provision is delivered to all service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organising and facilitating therapeutic community activities
  • Coordinate tasks and ensure risk is minimised
  • Work within a team to implement and evaluate the therapeutic programme
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting adults with substance misuse issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid DBS disclosure certificate
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate: £16.05 - £18.55 per hour (dependent on experience)
