At Ramsay Health Care UK Operations Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Recovery Lead to oversee the smooth and efficient recovery of patients following surgery.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support during the recovery process, leading and managing a team of Recovery Nurses/Occupational Therapists to ensure high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective recovery protocols and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • Minimum 3 years of recovery experience
  • ALS qualification desirable
