Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to lead our recovery services at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The Cherwell Hospital is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery. Our hospital provides clinical care to private, insured and NHS patients, part of the Ramsay Health Care group.

  • Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Registered with the NMC/HCPC
  • At least 3 years of recovery experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs
  • A passion for delivering excellent patient-focus service
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Demonstrated computer skills
