Are you a motivated individual seeking a challenging role in healthcare? We are currently looking for a highly skilled Registered Theatre Practitioner to join our team at The Cherwell Hospital.
About the RoleThis is a 9-month fixed-term full-time position, with opportunities for professional growth and development. As a Registered Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the theatre team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Develop strong communication skills to build effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
- NMC registration essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business
- Competitive salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays
