Job Description:
At Ramsay Health Care UK, we value our staff as our most important asset. Our theatre department is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join their team.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position, with hours that will be discussed in further detail during the interview process. The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the theatre team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and providing high-quality patient care. This includes managing surgical procedures, coordinating with medical staff, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of theatre operations and patient care. You should also be able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
