Senior Theatre Practitioner Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our dynamic Theatre department at The Cherwell Hospital in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This is a Full-Time position with 37.5 Hours per week.
The successful candidate will be part of a well-equipped theatre department, boasting laminar airflow systems and cutting-edge technology in many of our theatres. You'll have access to the Ramsay Academy, offering opportunities for further qualifications, and the chance to advance your career across our network of over 30 independent hospitals across the UK.

About the Role:- This role comes with an estimated annual salary of £61,000 - £85,000 based on experience, plus benefits including private medical cover and life assurance.
- You'll have flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Be registered with the NMC/HCPC
- Prior scrub/Anaesthetics/Recovery experience (minimum 2 specialisms)
- Show flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs

- Display strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Manage time effectively
- Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills
- Show ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
